Terms of service
About KIZOMI
These terms apply when you use the KIZOMI website or purchase from KIZOMI. KIZOMI is operated by Ethan Hicks, sole trader, ABN 77 664 388 302.
Orders
By placing an order, you offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is accepted when KIZOMI confirms acceptance or dispatches the order. We may cancel and refund an order if stock availability, pricing errors, payment or fraud screening, or legal issues prevent fulfilment.
Products and pricing
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary between screens and production processes. Dimensions and print placement may have minor tolerances where stated on the product page.
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout.
Payment and delivery
Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout. You must provide accurate order and delivery information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Available delivery methods, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Returns and consumer rights
The KIZOMI Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, KIZOMI owns or licenses the website content, artwork, product designs, photographs, text, logos and branding.
You may view the site for personal shopping purposes, but you must not reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit this content without written permission or another legal entitlement.
Acceptable use and liability
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use its content unlawfully.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIZOMI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms prospectively by publishing an updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable Australian law.
